Return & Exchange Process

STEP ONE

Contact our customer service team on 1300 856 226, or email info@TMrevereshoes.com.au or our live chat to organise a return or exchange*. The team will send you a link to our returns portal which will allow you to generate a prepaid label for your order.

STEP TWO

Fill out the return form which you can download here. There is 2 sections to this form, one for a return and one for an exchange, fill out the relevant section or both if required.

STEP THREE

Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and make note of the Australia Post tracking number in case you need to track your package at auspost.com.au*.

STEP FOUR

Drop off your package at any authorized Australia Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. As soon as we receive your parcel your return will typically be processed within 5 working days. (Times may vary during promotional periods). 

*Items must be in a fully resalable condition.

*Revere will only allow one free return or exchange per order number.

*If you do not use the provided shipping label and designated shipping method, we are not able to refund shipping charges.
